Our foremost leaders, Dushan and Jelena Popovic, have over 30 years of combined experience in the Property Management industry, which gives them excellent knowledge and understanding of real estate needs, pros, and cons. That said, we recognize a lack of industry-leading professionalism in building management.

Over the years, managing residential, strata, and commercial buildings has provided us with an excellent understanding of the local population and their needs, the quality of contractors' work, and the relevant legislation, including the RTA, Strata Act, and Commercial Law.
